What is the need of Paltiel app on iOS?

Hi, When i start my app, Paltiel app is automatically start the app. Once i tried deleting the Paltiel app and then try recording. Recording did not work. What is need of Paltiel, if not required how to go about it.

It responsible for the interaction with the device. You should keep it running in the background.
