Today i tried connecting to Could. Later the it gave below message and I tried restarting the Appium studio. I am unable to open though my proxy settings are correct.
Please refer the screen.
I also faced same issue when i was using my office network(both LAN & wifi).But it will resolved if you use any open network(for e.g hotspot )
I need to use office network. If use hot spot i can not access office network
You are getting error even if you have proxy details & if i am not wrong are you using community version ?
you will be using your office network to access only outlook or communicator right
So what i am trying to tell you that if you want to use Appium studio you can switch to the open n/w & once you finished you can again switch back to off n/w.
And by this way i solved same issue what you are facing now.

I was using Appium studio from past 1month and today suddenly i am facing this issue and not able to appium studio as its asking License info. As i know this Appium studio communinity edition is free to use. Then why license info is being asked.
