So I just installed appium studio in windows as I was having problems with appium desktop and its touchaction features. I am able to record and run the app which has already been installed in the device using the “no application” in the list of apps shown but by trying to install the .ipa of the app I am getting an error saying “Unable to parse unicode /ser”.
I was using the device iPhone 6s + os 11.2.1. I had already entered my developer account too. The thing is that I see the bundle id generated but it isnt installed into the device.
I would also like to know how I can use simulators with this. Also while recording sometimes the touch actions are not performed properly.
