while opening the device(with iphone app installed) through appium studio, the device gets rebooted automatically. Why is this? How to stop this?

It can happen before your test executed if we identify some critical issues that may prevent the test from being executed. We expect to fix this issue in our feature versions.
To make sure this is the issue please share your support data.
Let me try to get the logs if it occurs again.
Today the device got rebooted while connecting the device and launching PaltielX app. I am unable to attach the log file. How do i attach.
