Permission for Installing App from Play Store or App Store

HI Team,

As of now We have 1 month License for SeeTest Cloud for our Manual & Automation testing for Mobile.As per our account there are list of devices available.
It is Mandatory that we need to Install “Gmail” App from Play Store or App Store for our Testing to check mails related to our Application,but we don’t have Access for the same.
Could you please give us permissions to install or Install App for our list of Devices.
