Page not found when downloading Appium Studio

When I am trying to download the Appium studio I get page not found error, using this link:

I will add, that if you can, migrate to Appium Inspector [1] and latest Appium cli [2] as a backend. I had to do this so I can run tests on AWS Device Farm. And Appium Inspector can also record and make record scripts (like in python). I’ll admit the UI/UX are less fluid than “Appium Studio” but if you need a free up-to-date choice, you can try it.
