Not able to Register into Appium Studio Community Edition

Hi Team,

I’ve downloaded/installed Appium Studio 10.8.41. Further successfully registered as Community Member & activated the same

Later i tried to Sign In with my credentials into Appium Studio (at startup), it failed to login.

Could you please help me with this ?

Can you please test from your browser if you could use the same credentials to login to https://cloud.experitest.com

If you are facing issues from browser \ Appium Studio, could you attach some screenshots or gather logs

go to to Help -> Collect support data zip the logs and send us

I can able to login to https://cloud.experitest.com with my community memeber credentials.

And I was able to login from Appium Studio as well : Tools ==> Registration

But whenever i launch Appium Studio, it prompting for Sign In with community member credentials.

if i click Sign In, it redirecting me to https://docs.experitest.com there i couldn’t login with my community account credentials

hi, the community credentials are not used for the docs (it’s internal credentials for us to login)
