I’m trying to use Appium studio(free version) on Windows 10 for automating iOS app, is there any way to add device without apple developer account, or its must required?

You must have a Developer Account to make anything on an iOS device. It’s a requirement for all testing frameworks.

But you can convert your “normal” account into a Developer one for a few hours or days. Check this link (you need access to an Apple computer to activate developer mode in you device)
