One of our Appium Studio users has left for a new opportunity. She was using one of our FREE licenses (get 2 free initially). Her laptop has been wiped clean. How do go about reclaiming that license so we can use it ?

If her laptop was wiped clean, you can simply download and install Appium Studio again.
The installation will have to free licence with up to two devices.
What if the laptop is not wiped clean but is in the hands of someone who isn’t an appium user ? (first come, first get from a laptop perspective here). Could be someone in mktg…
