Detect if Cursor is Blinking within an Element

What are the ways for someone to tell if a cursor is blinking on an iOS element ?

I guess we need to find out what’s different in the hierarchy during the blinking period

can you please share an example (video \ images) along with the object spy of the element when it’s blinking and not blinking

very tough to capture the cursor blinking transition. I could probably take a video and email it to you. Can’t catch in object spy.
