- Sign in from the tool https://docs.experitest.com/display/AS/Connecting+Cloud+Devices

I tired connecting to two devices at a time, it did not allow me and gave the message i already connected to two device though i had connected to only one device.
Please let me know is 10 Hrs per day or its 10 hrs per community licensed user?
Hi Tom,
Today i tried clicking on cloud icon to connect to cloud devices, it just displayed message ‘License can not be checked’, i am unable to connect to cloud devices.

that’s weird, did you try to connect to the cloud again using your credentials?
Yes I tired, but it always gave the progress indicator, but unable to connect again.
