Connecting mobile devices issue

I went through all challenges in connecting iOS device to appium studio and was finally successful in adding my device. However, I’m not able to open the device.

It shows an error “Failed to create temp file”

Getting log is the best possible way to know the problem in this case.

I have not seen this error before. I have mailed you . Please send the log file as an reply.

Help -> Opens Logs folder -> Open Appoum Studio*log and send that file as a mail.
