Can't add iOS device on windows

I want to run simple tests of my application on my iPhone. I have plugged it into windows and installed iTunes.
When I goto add it I see this screen with the OK button greyed out

As I only want to control my one application I clicked Cancel out of the provisioning menu.

Please do configure iOS Provisioning profile first (Step 6) .

For this you need Developer Account. Make sure you use Developer account App Specific password instead of iOS developer password with iOS deveoper account.
