When I connect Cloud devices here it seems on the reserve window that I m using but the device is not displaying also in device list it shows add a new device, but in reserve it shows device is connected

I’ll recommend you to upgrade your appium studio version to the latest version.
I wasn’t able identify any specific issue.
can you please share with me log files if you still encounter the issue after you upgrade?
