Unable to Add IOS device to Appium Studio

Hi Team,

I installed Appium Studio to test IOS apps in my Windows Machine. when i try to add a new device i am facing 3 issues:

  1. S/N is blank (no drop down options are shown)
  2. clicking Advanced Configuration is not showing an options
  3. The ok button is not enable to add the device

Note: The developer account has been added successfully.

Which iOS device are trying to connect ?

Do you see any errors in log ? (In Appium Studio Click Help -> Open Folder. Open Appium Studio*.log )

Hi Kishore,

I am trying to connect Ipad (Even it is same with any ios device) and the Appium Studio.log file is empty.

Suggest what version of Appium Studio is suitable for windows 10 machine. Thanks

Any version should be okay if you are using Appium Studio 12.6

Please recheck if you have the logs … Appium logs are created even you start it . so I m not sure if its empty… Have you opened it and looked at the contents .

Also the image you have attached when your device is not recognized …

Please note that we are interested in the log files with the format of appium-.log and not the appium.log file
