Not able to instrument iOS device after Appium update

Device: iPhone 6s plus

Not abe to instrument mobile device on appium studio 11.4

I have attached screenshot for your reference.

please look into the issue

seems you may be a developer profile issue of some sort. Or, perhaps you still have some old application config state laying around thats confusing the updated application.

I am using 11.4 and can instrument my app on a 6 plus.

Try this:

  • Remove Cyder or PaltielX from your iDevice
  • Go to Settings > General > Device Management and remove any Experitest certificate you found here
  • Disconnect iDevice and reboot it
  • Connect your iDevice again and open a reflection screen from AppiumStudio. That makes AppiumStudio to install Cyder/PaltielX again
  • Check in Settings > General > Device Management and trust any Experitest certificate if proceed.

Did you upgrade AppiumStudio recently? maybe previous version of Cyder/PaltielX could have conflicts with newer version of AS
