Failed to import Android app; Failed to resign android application

Hello all,
I am not being able to install .apk files to test Android apps. After giving permissions.
Getting error: Failed to import Android app; Failed to resign android application

I think you are trying to install your application in “instrumented mode”, you are app may be yet supporting it.

Try installing the app in “Non-instrumented mode”

Hello Kishore, sorry but i don’t quite understand.
I am relatively new on the use Appium studio, and on the previous version i got to install the same app with no problem at all, in addition when installing the app from local disk or directly from the Android device i get no option in the process to select or deselect Instrumented mode.

Please do not select it, attempt again (make sure you uninstall u r app fro your app before making this step)

I think i didn’t explained myself well , I am trying to Import/Sign application, trying to include on the list of apps on the list the app i would like to test. And i am not being able to do it neither from the local disk nor the Android device as you can see on the screen shots in none of the steps i could select or unselect the Instrument option as the app is not the list yet, and i can not add it.
Attached the sequence I am going through:

Please execute

sudo chmod +x /Applications/AppiumStudio/bin/adb/js/zipalign

Again attempt uploading, if you get more error while uploading or installing check the error.log or Appium Studio*.log

and execute sudo chmod +x on file on any error which looks “Cannot run program “/Applications/AppiumStudio/bin/adb/js/zipalign”: error=13, Permission denied”
