"Failed to get list teams: Could not login" message shown when connecting IOS device

Hi,
I am using a Windows 10 machine and have installed Appium Studio. I was able to use my android device, but when trying to configure the IOS Developer machine, I am getting the message as “Failed to get list teams: Could not login”

Note: I have a developer account

Please help me with this.

Actually I didnt get your question. Since I am new to appium studio, could you please be more specific?

create the issue again (get to the error) and then follow the link to collect the support data so we could analyze the logs

I have tried as per instructions in the link…I have got a folder opened in my solution explorer for the logs and a zip file named ‘support data’ created. What should I do with that?

Removing the two - factor authentication code will solve the issue .
