Could not view any devices in cloud?

I am not able to connect to any pool of devices in Appium Studio Cloud, would you able to assist me here?

Following are the steps taken:

1. Register in the following site https://experitest.com/appium-community/register
2. Then from Appium Studio, click on the cloud icon.
3. Login using the above credentials
4. But not able to view any devices:

Then I tried to login directly to https://cloud.experitest.com/index.html#/launchpad
Then I selected one of the device by clicking on Open and observe error below:

Hi,
I wasn’t able to reconstruct the issue. Can you share the device serial number? Also suggest to try with other device.
In the case of Appium Studio, please share with me the log file.
