Can't launch Safari on IOS

Can’t launch Safari in iPhone & iPad , display below error.

Tried OS version 11.4.1, 13.3, 13.4

Please give the full flow in what you are trying to do.

Please also provide the screenshot of the appium studio’s application section just to see if you have and you use it or not.

We only proceed below steps, please help check and let us know whether any solution on it.

  1. Connect iPhone
  2. Select Application as Safari
    Safari

  3. Launch Application
  4. Display below error

Appium studio version is 20.3
IOS Version is 13.4

Are you able to open the Experibank app ?

Can open Experibank app normally

  1. Select Experibank app and enable Install&Instrument checkbox
